The SD PMP Certificate Program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, mindsets, and competencies necessary to lead sustainable initiatives in today’s complex world. Through a holistic, systems-based approach, learners develop leadership capacities to design, manage, and evaluate sustainability-focused projects that drive real-world change.

Program Overview

This program goes beyond traditional leadership development. Participants engage in practical training focused on sustainable development project management, ethical decision-making, emotional intelligence, and global collaboration. The curriculum emphasizes the integration of self-leadership, team dynamics, and systems thinking to address challenges in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environments.
Graduates emerge as professionals who can lead interdisciplinary teams, manage real-world projects, and advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

  • Format: Hybrid (Online + In-person workshops)

  • Target Audience: Youth leaders, professionals, graduate students, NGO practitioners

  • Credential: Certificate issued by Pillar Foundation International

  • Language: English (with optional support in Korean, French, or Arabic)
